Hire & Payment Policies
Each prop price comes with a 3 day rental period. We understand that the last thing clients are thinking about when their amazing event has come to an end is returning props, therefore each hire comes with a 3 day cover for convenience.
LONGER HIRE PERIODS
Enquire within if you would like to discuss longer rental periods and pricing. We are pretty flexible and welcome any assistance where we can!
ORDERS & PAYMENT
To secure your items, a 50% deposit is required and the remainder 50% to be paid in full prior to delivery of the goods. We accept payments via STRIPE/ Credit Card/ Bank Transfers.
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
Most of our stock would require a van for delivery, our delivery team are happy to assist and set up for you. Quotes and pricing for deliveries and collections are determined by the amount of props, locations, and size of event build.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- Cancellation 4 weeks ahead of event date = 100% refund
- Cancellation 3 weeks ahead of event date = 75% refund
- Cancellation 2 weeks ahead of event date = 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 2 weeks before event = 0% refund
